Decent wattage between this amp and sub?

I recently purchased an amp and a sub and don't understand how the wattage should go together. I was wondering how would a 10" alpine 1500 watts dual 4 ohms subwoofer being powered by a 600 watt bazooka mono block amp 2 ohm stable sound?
 
because its 1500max and 500rms
rms means recommended power
and max is that the sub can take 1500watt for just one tone like burping the sub. usually only for bass contests. but other than that it can only take 500watt for an everyday music playing without blowing it
so that 600watt amp is perfect for it
