Decent Horror films?

The Hills have Eyes Remake-REALLY scary!the last 40 minutes or so had me on the edge of my seat

The Descent-its so claustrophobic and tense and then add to that the cave dwellers...really makes you jump out of your seat

Rec-wasn't expecting to like this as i thought i wouldn't be able to keep up with the subtitles, but its brill, really scary

Texas Chainsaw Massacre Remake-i hope I'm not going to get slated for this but i think the remake is far superior to the original...all the characters are really likeable and your really rooting for them throughout the film...its not scary in a scary monsters way but in a realistic I'm SO glad I'm not in that situation way!

Dawn of the dead Remake-the best first 15 minutes in a horror film i think

Battle Royale-the concept is really scary

and i know its not a popular choice but i was one of the people who found Paranormal Activity REALLY unnerving and scary....the first 40 minutes are very slow and the scary bits are very subtle but once you know they are there, they really freak you out!!i can't even watch a clip of it now...

i watched May on the horror channel not so long ago and it was very odd!...and also the person who said The Burning, I've got that on dvd, it could've been so much better as it dragged on for ages, but a few of the scenes are memorable;)

Its fantastic. I've seen it on the horror channel and love it.

Some good horrors:

The Deaths of Ian Stone
Boogeyman 2
Boogeyman 3
Wilderness
The Ferryman

I remember just picking up the dvd of May in a shop and buying it without knowing anything about it, the front cover interested me, was pleasantly surprised, good horror film. The WooRAB was a let down though, the director's next film.
