Decent camera, MP3-playable phone?

Hey all. I'm looking for a phone that has these features.

MANDATORY:
- decent camera. i have a razr v3 and i'm sick of having to wait about 10 seconds before the cam even focuses.
- mp3-capable

IMPORTANT:
- not TOO expensive
- stylish design
- good battery life
- capable of sending files through USB cord
- video camera
- bright, vivid screen



anything that fits this description? thanks.
 
I also recommend this phone also i know what you mean is your phone set to auto focus sometimes it takes mine a while to focus too when i have it set on auto.
 
You should probably define not too expensive.

Any of SE's higher end phones fit the bill. k750/w800/w900/w810. Latter two might be out of your price range, but they are awesome phones.
 
Last time I checked, the V3 didn't have autofocus. Are you talking about the time it takes to adjust to light differences when you move the phone?
