Debating whether I should grow a thin jawline beard or not?

I've seen it done right and I've seeing it messed up, so I think I know how I should do it. It would look something like this:

I'm especially interested in what the ladies think of this type of beard. So, opinions?
 
I don't think they are cute. It'll look okay if you are really skinny maybe, but in my opinion there are many cuter ways for a man to grow their facial hair.
