yep real slave, you dress up as tv tells you, and men see you as tv tells them. That's how bikinis and those little minis became fashionable, then the no bras and now the no underwear.

Yes and no.
I say yes (for the majority of the people) because we still head out to the mall and buy the name brands jeans, shoes and what not. This is so because we are brainwashed by advertisement and its for people who have $$ to spend. These individuals feel like they deserve better clothing then what you can buy at the swap meet.
I say No (for the small majority) because people will buy anything as long they could afford it despite the fact the name brad. Also, I know a few people who hate brands. When they buy a shirt they always tear of the logo or cut the tags out just to make a statement. So when others ask what kind of shirt it is they just say its a shirt. But the majority of people in this category are going to be poor.

some people are and some people are not.. you have some people who cannot live unlesss they are decked out in the most expensive name brands.. they did an experiment on the tyra show about some women who were like that they put them in a kmart outfit switched the tags with a designer one and the women pranced around like queens but when they were in the actual designer outfit and thought it was from k-mart they walked around like servants of the queen.. dummies.. (the truth was revealed and they looked stupid, suprised and embarrassed) so some people are and some aren't.. to me as long as it looks and fits good name brand or not, i'll wear it..
