Debating to go to baby showers?

I've lost 4 babies in the last year. One of them was supposed to be due on Thanksgiving. 3 people at work are expecting babies all around that time. One in August, one in September and the other in October. I've already been invited to 2 of the baby showers. Thankfully one of the couples understood that I'm not sure if I'll be able to make it. It all depends on how I"m feeling. It's still really hard. But I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings. Should I go?? Or just send a gift.
I know I already asked this question in another section. I'm trying to get as many opinions as possible.

I would say, get a gift and if you see your not up top it when the time comes then just send it with a friend... I think anyone would understand your absence after such a loss!!
However, you can not grieve forever maybe going would ease the pain?! and give you the stregnth to give it another try....
