I know that all these are foreign, I'm just wanting to know which is most expensive to fix and maintain... They will all have around 70k+ miles on them, because I am paying cash. Since I won't have a car payment, the maintenance won't be a big deal, but if something were to go wrong, what kind of money and I looking at???

I don't have a deep wallet or anything, but I have money to repair, if it is reasonable and not recurring... Please let me know any of your insight!!

Please don't suggest other cars, as I have narrowed it down already to these. I like all of the equally the same, so I just need a push in the right direction...
Discovery made it because I need a 4x4 vehicle and you can get them fairly cheap....they look good and they seem to meet the needs

I agree with Ted, The BMW is the best on your list followed by the Volvo.
Cant imagine how the Discovery made it onto your list.
Looking good does not change the fact that Land Rover as a company sits at the very bottom of JD Powers reliability rankings, like the one answer said, its a money pit.

the volvo would be the most expensive to get parts for, everything in sweeden is damn expensive,

i'd go the land rover myself, they are tryed and tested,
the x5 used the landrover chassis and many other parts (untill 2006)
bmw bought land rover just to get the chassis,

The X5 is probably a good choice. The Volvo is also a great car and would be my first choice.

The Land Rover is not a vehicle worth considering. It has consistently been rated at the bottom of the reliability list. I'd scratch it from my list. You'd be better of buying a Chevy Tahoe than you would a Land Rover.
