Debating- Lowering the Voting Age to 14?

I'm studying for a debate at my school on Lowering the Voting age to 14(THE NEGATIVE SIDE)

I need arguments against lowering the voting age to 14 and some points about the Rights and Maturity of a 14 year old compared to the Rights and a Maturity of a 18 year old. Thanks :]
