i like both fields the same and i was wondering if anyone knows which one you have more oppurtunities in?

Both are poor choices. There is no job that requires a Criminal Justice degree. It's a degree that cops usually get in night school to pad their resumes. It's certainly not required for law school. If you want to be a cop, apply to be a cop.

Social work is equally useless and financially stupid. Social work pays a pittance and the burn-out rate is huge. You need an MSW in order to do psych counseling which doesn't pay much more.

I have a B.S. in criminal justice
I can tell you that unless you go into corrections (bad move)
or law enforcement it is worthless unless you continue
on to law school
the social work degree is virtually worthless unless you get
at LEAST a masters and better a doctorate which is a lot
of money just to help people figure out their bs
I sincerely wish you good luck. I am going back to school
to get a certificate to do substance abuse counseling
which is cheap community college stuff I can do
quickly and there is a big demand for it

im going for criminal justice i think you should to but you didnt list whtat you want to do when you get older.
there are soo soo sooooo many options under criminal justice that you really cant hurt yourself playing in that fied.
