Debating. Help please?

HI,
For debating i have a topic i chosen and have to do at My school in the USA. The topic is 'Why athletes make good role models'. Can someone help me write a lot of rebuttals or a really good speech(2.5Mins). By the way im on the negative side.

Hmm, they don't make good role models because all they care about is winning...?

because they have to be so focused on sport that they don't lead a balanced life?

...I see what you mean, can you change sides? lol, they are loyal to their teams as well, try listing the good points and turning them upside-down... as in: are blinded to any wrong doing in their team, too loyal...!? etc..
