ok so i have to do this debate and i am on the side that says that we should. I need 5 reasons. online communication includes, chat rooms, email, facebook, myspace, blogging, internet, ect. thanks!!
im at school right now lol. ummm because if its on your time like at lunch, etc you shud be allowed. you might have to communicate that way, some ppl dont have emails or rarely check them. as long as youre not in class it should be allowed.
