so my french class has to do a debate in groups of 4 of these 5 topics

1, Is it easier to be a kid or an adult?
2. Are young people different today than in the past?
3. Are ads negative or positive?
4. Is stress always negative, or can it be positive?
5. Is it better to be happy with who you are, or try to be perfect?

could you give me some points on both sides of the argument

you can give me points about one topic, or even a few for all of them would be awesome too.

Thankyou :)

All of those are easy...
1. I think it's much easier to be a kid because there is less strenuous activities you must face, worst case scenario is you get a Wii instead of a ps3 for christmas.
2. Obviously yes, but fundamentally not so much, spend money on luxuries and random stuff, want to have fun, yatty yatty ya..
3. Both. Can be used for good or evil.. not gonna get into to it... but ya..
4. can be positive, positive stressors include being happy with a grade, having fun, being nervous in a good way, e.g. Kissing a girl and not knowing if she likes it.
5. erm not gonna answer that one... Perfectionists vs. Noobs. lOls

Kids don't pay taxes
Kids have to do what their parents say

Adults have to work for a living
Adults can do what they want - but must fully face the consequences of their actions

Young people today have greater freedoms and many ways of expressing them
Young people have to endure more tests at school

Ads sell aspirations - you must buy a product to participate or become part of the larger group
Ads sell you things that you don't really need and the product is discarded after a few uses.

Strive for perfection - but settle for what you are
TV provides unrealistic, unattainable role models for people
