institutes...? I have to argue that it is inhumane, unnecessary and useless to send young offenders to prison or YOIs.
However, I can't seem to find any solid arguments, actually I can't find any good arguments at all!
Oh and I am focusing on the UK, but if you have any good points related to the American system, please feel free to give them
(as long as you specify it's not UK related)
