I like them because McDonalds gives back to their community. I don't see Burger King/etc doing so much either. They're using their influence positively and that makes me happy 
When people say health issues it's not McDonald's fault entirely (LOL)
It's their own fault for not giving themselves limitations. McDonalds has healthy choices and they're cut down on trans fat and etc..
I read a lot about them two years ago and their dirtiest secrets still don't keep me from going there a few times a year.
