Which is more important—national security against terrorism or protecting the rights granted to us in the Constitution?
Which is more important—national security against terrorism or protecting the rights granted to us in the Constitution?

- details on why
i have to do a interview of what people think

protecting the rights of citizens

bu$h suspended habeas corpus and almost created Marshall law.
we do not need right wing fascists destroying our wonderful country
over something that does not exist

National security. Without national security our very country that the constitution it is founded upon is in danger. What is most important is realizing that terrorists from other nations are not protected by our constitution

Protecting the rights granted to us in the Constitution.

"Those who would give up essential liberty to purchase a little temporary safety deserve neither liberty nor safety."

- Benjamin Franklin, Historical Review of Pennsylvania, 1759
