Debate on Dogs are Better then Cats : Negative?

I have to do a debate tomorrow and the topic is that dogs are better than cats. I am on the negative team, therefor I am stating that dogs are NOT better than cats.
What can I write about for this debate? Ideas about how cats are definately better than dogs and why?

Cats don't usually make noise when someone drives up or knocks on the door.
Dogs are smart but, not smart enough to make you feel inferior with just a look, like a cat can do.
 
here some points,

cats are not as smelly as dogs.
cats know how to take care of themselves
cats are always cuter.
cats are useful too sometimes.
