I am participating in a debate. The topic is slow and steady wins the race.I need some reasons and practical examples for this,thanks
 
Slow and Steady wins the race, because sence know one can beat the kenyans in the front, you have to make people see your a winner at heart by going your on pace and never giving up, trying your hardest. In the end you will be the true winner
