debate help!!! we have better education than our grandparents because...why?

yeah, why do we have better education than our grandparents did? try and also think without going into technology and computers too much... thanks!!!
 
Because in my grandparent's time, the eldest daughter was usually kept home from school to help with dinners and cleaning. Now it is illegal not to send your child to school.

We are much more advanced in learning, there are more colleges around and it isn't so rare for only the rich to go to college.
