Debate: Do people have a right to tell you you cant post your own photos?

Let's say, for example, you post your class photo on Facebook. Sue don't like how she looks in the photo, but everyone else likes it. Does Sue have the right to demand that I remove the photo? Explain.
 
if she is a good friend, do her a favor and cut her out or remove it. its only courteous. but if she is just some girl who you really don't care if people laugh at her bad picture, then who cares?
 
Say Sue is naked. Would it be right to post it? No. If you edit the photo without the person opposed to the picture it should be fine. Most people should have rights as long as they aren't infringing on others' rights.
 
Technically, no. Sue posed willingly for the group photo. That implies tacit permission to show the photo to multiple people--at LEAST all the ones in the photo and all their families, friends and acquaintances.

If, however, you use the photo for personal or financial gain, you must obtain permission (where possible) from all the people included in the photo.

To simply post it online, you do not need Sue's permission. But you might damage your friendship if she is really determined that you shouldn't do it. Decide if posting that particular photo is worth it to you, and act accordingly.
 
Yes. "Sue" can. However you can, blurp her out of the picture. Then you can use it. I must warn you, if you post a picture of a minor, without their parents permission, you can be sued. It is illegal.
