Technically, no. Sue posed willingly for the group photo. That implies tacit permission to show the photo to multiple people--at LEAST all the ones in the photo and all their families, friends and acquaintances.
If, however, you use the photo for personal or financial gain, you must obtain permission (where possible) from all the people included in the photo.
To simply post it online, you do not need Sue's permission. But you might damage your friendship if she is really determined that you shouldn't do it. Decide if posting that particular photo is worth it to you, and act accordingly.
