i am 22....going thru a divorce...dads land so wife cant take it...
i need to build me a small house...living with my parents i have no bills (cept cell phone)
i need a SMALL! house...
(divorce was over she wanted to be single...no wrong done by either party)
anyway
i am debating
12x24 shed...$2484 after tax, said done delievered
1. should i get building permit and all that from the start?
2. what do i need to do to it? insulate spackle ???
3. any AWESOME things you know that are VERY! SPACE EFFICENT
4. i have NO credit so a loan is out of the question...trust me i've tried.. (but i can essentially save $900 bucks a month ...towards getting me a house...and upgrading it
5. any OTHER ideas? (not a shed....i'm up for ANYTHING!)
6. I AM putting solar panels on it...and NOT hooking it up to the power grid...(this is not to be a discussion on solar...simply stating i'm NOT hooking up power for awhile
7. any other ideas, just anything Post and Help plz...
