Deathly Hallows - WOW!!

I have a few frienRAB who haven't read the books, but have only seen the movies. They say that they understand and enjoy all the films, but they do forget the names of a few objects, like the Pensieve.

I would actually cry if they did change it, i can imagine it in my head, it looks amazing, Bellatrix's face just dropping :D

I hope they include Mcgonagall saying 'Done a bunk' and all the students cheering.

How long after the final installment do you think we'll start hearing about the franchise being re-made? I give it five years til pre-production rumours begin.

That's ok :)

I suppose the chance of it being spoiled for those who have read the books is not about the plot being revealed but about the interpretation, i.e. finding out which parts of the story have been included, are there extra bits, how have they made it look, what kind of tone have they given it and so on.

Not a chance! What I could see happening is a TV series set in the wizarding world but not involving Harry Potter. Personally I believe JK Rowling will write more in that universe at some stage, it's too good just to leave alone, even if Harry doesn't feature in the story.

I agree with it being in two parts, so they can do the wedding and everything and add in as much as possible, the final battle alone should be about 40 minutes long imo. I can wait another year or so to see the second part, I know what happens anyway, I've read the book. The trouble is the second part of the story is way more interesting than the first. And I bet I'll be crying becuase so many people have to die.

I'm going to cry when poor Tonks and Lupin die. And Fred. That's the saddest part. And Hedwig, it's like killing Harry's childhood completely, killing Hedwig. And I am quite sorry to see Snape die too. I can remember everyone speculating that Harry was horcrux, and then people saying it was a false spoiler, and it turned out to be true. That's why he could see what Voldemort was seeing...
Poor Fred though. dammit.

I don't see how they could ruin it anyway. Dan confirmed that it's one of the key scenes in the whole film and it takes place in Dumbledore's office. I have a feeling it'll be great to watch.
