Deathly Hallows Part 1: November 19th 2010

Very long wait :( But I can't wait!! I love Harry Potter, and I have a feeling that the last film will be the best. Hopefully they can make it as good as the book is.

It's not two years. It's 16 months after Half Blood Prince. thats less than a year and a half later. If Warner had stuck to the original Half blood prince release date of November 2008 then it would be two years.

why make 7 highly profitable movies out of 7 books when you can make 8 highly profitable movies out of 7 books?

i am also sick of people saying - "well, a lot happens in book 7"
well, actually a lot happens in book 4, book 5 and book 6 - and they made one movie per book for those.

the pile of sticking piss which is the Twiglite saga will be having its last book made into 2 films also.

there is only one reason why these books are made into 2 movies - and thats to make more money. as if they need it.
 
Well a lot of storylines in the previous books could be cut and the story still made sense (mostly). But the last book has so much in it that is story based and pushes the plot along that they can't cut as much of it. I was personally hoping for 2 films anyway before they announced it. It won't feel as rushed now.
