This is a little bit about miss terry (may her rest in peace) BUT its not enugh to put in the ISSUE zone...

Like, why do people worry so much about DEATH, look around you, theres suffering, hunger, diseases, drugs, violence and sins @ all the world...
When we die, the place that we go to, shouldent be any worse than this...
Like, God must probably want us to pass trough this shitty world to then go to paradise (DONT CHEER UP SUICIDERS, God probably doesnt like cheatting)

Relise that, people who are very good or kind usually die early...
Like abe lincon, and lotsa other personalities...

God probably wanted them to be in a better place...

and about Hell? you decide... :D

thats what the puritans believed. earth is shitty and you have to work and do your best while youre here so you can get into paradise. but i have a question for you: how do you know that you arent in heaven right now? how do you know youre not in hell right now? how do you know what your life was before this one? how do you know if any of this is possible (the other life and hell/heaven) more questions!

"Only the good die young"

the puritanical christian belief set ie- be good, follow rules, do what you are told and then go to your "real" home in heaven - has a really distasteful transactional quality that really chaps my ass. It just feels wrong....

before you keep saying that, im not puritan, AT ALL... i never even met one, so i dont know what they sey about... i just say that, when you

it is quite funny how in a highly christian society where everyone thinks that if you are a good man who lived a good life you will go to heaven, everyone also thinks that dying is a tragedy and not something to be celebrated

What if you go nowhere? What if this is it? It gets no better, it gets no worse. You die that's it. No more nothing for you? No heaven, no hell. Like putting a candle out. The flame doesn't go anywhere, it just no longe exists.

that is perhaps the most scary thought of all. just nothingness after death. but not nothingness like staring at a wall in a dark room bored out of your mind, nothingness like you never wake up again, never dream, never think, dont exist.

honestly i think not existing is the scariest even though it may seam otherwise. b/c you can imagine existence (youre experiencing it right now), you can even imagine it in a void or with nothingness, you probably think it is like hell. but can you imagine not existing? no one can because no one has experienced it. it is something to dread. the thought that we are just pieces of flesh and blood composed of cells, composed of molecules, composed of atoms. to think we are no more than that and that when this hulk of flesh stops operating it is over is a scary thought.
