Death sentence playing God, what about transplants though?

I don't actually know where I stand on this on a whole as it is a very grey subject area.
I don't agree in the death sentence & many people say that we don't have the right to play God & choose who lives & dies.
But what about transplants, surely this is choosing who lives & dies?
I can't say I disagree in transplants 'cause I'd want my loved ones to have it, but what is everyone elses opinion?
 
well, yeah, but we end up in the same thing
i get what your saying but I strongly believe that Everybody has to pay for their actions, so I'm sure that he will get a fair punishment, may be not alive, but he will
