inevitable? We have to pay taxes and bills, so we discuss them to the moon.
We all want to love and be loved by a beloved, and we discuss this to the moon.

Is there something in our untrained psychology, which makes the MOST inevitable thing in life, such a taboo to discuss?

Absolutely but I don't know the clinical name for it. We are all going to be ashes some day, one way or another. Not all people want to love or be loved. Some people value understanding and being understood. There are others who opt for helping and being helped. There is a fourth category as well but I do not recall it. It's a sociological theory developed by Durkheim I believe. I may be wrong but it is a part of the Sociological Theoretical Disciplines.

"Death is inevitable for all."

Not entirely true...death for the physical body for the next 500 years or so yes. Death of the consciousness will only last for about 35-40 years until the Singularity occurs.

The Singularity is the point in time when science and technology have advanced to the point where all of the functions of the human brain are created in an artificial human brain and the ability to transfer information stored in the human brain over to an artificial brain also exists.

If all goes according to predictions...humanity will achieve eternal life.
