Death at a Funeral Remake

Yes, it was released in the USA too. I saw it, had some funny moments, but I just didn't like it. I have no desire to see the remake either since I didn't like the original film to begin with - nor am I fan of Chris Rock & Martin Lawrence.
 
Well the original bombed in the uk, did only slightly better in the us.
So far the remakes usa take thus far alone is more than the world wide take of the original. So theres your justification.

I didn't like the original btw, i'm not sure if i'll rent the remake. Looks like ironing the laundry type entertainment.
