Dealing with difficult cankersores

I was the QUEEN of canker sores and got them constantly and in multiple sites within the mouth!

It was when I would have too much acidity foods such as having an Italian dinner that consisted of a salad (oil and vinegar), spaghetti with gravy (sauce) and then follow but cups of tea

I found as I got older -- if I limited the amount of acidity foods that I ate at one sitting and/or during the week and ate bread (plain), I was able to control the amount of acid in the stomach and the mouth and my canker sores got less in amount and frequency of breakouts.

I also had the black come on the fingers from wearing jewelry and that was form too much acid in the body as well. So i knew I made and carried a lot of acid -- that was the source. Bread was my savior.

Caring

I bought the Gly-Oxide, but the cankersore still exists. I never ever had one under my tongue, or on my tongue at all. It's not related to acid (I believe), as due to Acid Reflux, I've been off all acidy foods for the last 2 months. If this doesn't work I will try the Lysine, or just ask a doc the next time I see them.

Trymester,

Give the Gly-Oxide a few days- Use it at least 2x a day...AM after brushing your teeth and PM before bedtime.
You actually can use it more frequently if you want- that is if you can stand the taste!
