They finally fix the loophole and now to access CID you have to know the correct info, man it takes longer to do anything now

do you find it annoying too?
 
I think it is extremely annoying. Especially since most of the customers information that is in the system is entered incorrectly. Then you have to go through a whole ordeal just to bring up the account.
 
There is another less elegant work around for getting the correct name. Put the nuraber in your payment vendor and you'll get the spelling that is in CID.

No one liked the change and we immediately complained. It make come back or an easier method may be introduced.
 
The only time I have found a problem with this is when the customers name is long and it does not show the entire last name or when there is a middle name...

Yes, usually I just ask the customer their name and for them to spell it but usually if it's a long name, the rep who set the account up spelled the name wrong...

It doesn't really bother me. Just takes an extra 5 seconRAB...
 
My work around was saving the file to my computer, changing all relative filenames to absolute ones, then modifying whatever that function was that was used in the onKeyUp of the name text boxes.
 
The post was not to discourge people that it stoped working the post was mearly to tell people that their is a work around so dont get discourged from finding it out.
