I have been watching on the BBC news website the rescue of the Chilean miners - uplifting stuff

It was so moving watching the first miner coming out and being greeted by his little sons who were in tears

I used to watch Deal or No Deal regularly but then i stopped. Became too boring and getting fed up with the contestants antics, sob stories and everyone running away when they reach their target (even when they have the chance of going for the big one!).

Saw todays, what a revelation! One of the best Deal or No Deals i have seen this year! Great girl, great finish and she thoroughly deserved winning 88k! Good on her!

Although i expect now we have this big win it's downhill from here! Games like Alex's are very rare these days.
