If you're familiar with Winter Garden, it is right between the Library and the Park on Plant St. It is haunted not by the man that was hung there in 1952 (Melvin Womack) but by the man that hung him...which I would suppose was one of the leaders of the KKK who were responsible for his death. Its impossible to miss, as everything around it for about 10-15 feet is dead...It is also very ominous in energy as you approach it. I would not fool around with it, as here are some VERY negative vibrations coming out of it.
