Dead C35 v24

Hi! I got C35 yesterday, it's dead. I tried to flash it with v2403 and it's still dead. What solution should I try ? I think I have to try to make MAP file... I created log, but have no software to make MAP.. Any help ?
 
- write Fullflash with Freia 10
- run winswup software v24
- unlock with freia10
 
I need full flash for this phone. Could you send it to me via e-mail please?
