Joker can not begin to erasing the flash. It means that...

You will never be able to flash this phone... It is 100% hardware problem.
Desolder Processor IC, Flash IC and RAM IC, remake the balls, resolder all.
After that, you can flash the phone with all flashes you want!
Be carrefull with the processor IC, DO NOT hot directly! Desolder it placing the hot air under the PCB, verry carefully!
I have done it with A70 and A75.
