DCIM folder deleting go? Ipod nano 4G?

Hey
I have a 4G ipod nano and I recorded videos on it
but when I connected it to the computer
I accidentally right clicked and hit delete (from DCIM Folder)

but when i went to my recycling bin they weren't there
Is there any way to get them back
the videos are really important
