Dca-510 = Dca-512?

I need to know quickly if the DCA-512 cable is the same as a DCA-510?

Hi!

As I know DCA-510 and DCA-512 are absolutely identically in hardware. The only difference is the packing.

DCA-510 is (originally) packed for Europe and DCA-512 is packed for Asia.

The functionality of both cables is identical.

But take care - there are many fakes of DCA-510 around!

I think the most quickly and convenient for U is to build your own cable. U need MAX232 and a few capacitors, a DB-9 connector and a standard SIEMENS connector!
If U want, I will post the schematics here!

Why do you need shematic of DCA-510?

Just buy an normal USB cable with PL232 IC and modify this. There is no better and cheaper cable
