daytime and anxiety

I hate the daytime with my anxiety. I do not like light either. I like lights turned off, the dark and nighttime.

Actually, I feel worst in the mornings and then by 4 or 5 a little better and then by evening more calm in general.

Anyone else? Why does this happen.

I just do not like going outside into the light/daytime.
 
i feel exactly like you do.
in fact ive started going to bed later and waking up later just to avoid the morning.
as soon as it gets dark i feel alot better, and i only drive in the dark.
i dont understand what it is that makes me feel that way but im just more comfortable in the dark.
