Day of Defeat : Source opening HTML files when I join a server or server change map, there is a screen I think that is server's website or something like that there is being white and returning to desk top and opening HTML, opening HTML files without asking because I did click to "Don't ask again", I have got a question about that too, please help me.

That screen that comes up with the whiteness on map changes etc is known as an 'motd'
Try searching around google for the motd making the game minimize.
