YAY! I made it to day 5, should have been further along, but I had to take a few last week for some hand/back issues that weren't resolved any other way.

ANyhow, I'm done with day 5 and I feel great. I think that since my doc put my on the prozac for my postpartum depression 2 weeks ago that has helped also. I have energy, wake up early (well, earlier than the kiRAB) and enjoy a cup of coffee in the AM with the quietness of the house.

I've been staying busy and have a lot of yard work to do. That is the one thing that I am putting off though. I have the osteoarthritis and other issues in my back, osteoarthritis in my right hip, sciatica and my hand recovery to deal with and am scared of pain after working in the yard.

Oh well, I'll have to do it at some point. Hope everyone has a good weekend!

Hey-hey........you go girl! WELL DONE!!!! I am so proud of your achievement , in fact , if u happen to be double jointed reach round and pat yourself on the back!! I can understand that the gardening seems like a huge task in light of all your back issues etc but awesome that u r not backing down from it. I know what you mean about keeping busy being good but I have washed floors, windows and curtains today and the cravings to score is getting really bad. I will try to use you as inspiration. Hope you have a great weekend.
love........CC

LOL If I was double jointed I probably wouldn't have some of the back problems and such that I have now!! The weather has been awesome so I took the kiRAB to the park today and it was nice to have a clear head and actually have fun playing with them. Day 6 is now over and I'm confident that it will continue.

Thanks for the reply it means a lot.

Envious of you and your condition. You are soooooo lucky to be in that state. GO FOR IT. Love it and love being clean. Get to a meeting if you can, it will keep focused

good luck and have fun with your family

d

Thanks fullcircle, but I don't do meetings. I'm doing fine on my own and plan to continue to do so. It's a great day outside and I'm going to take the girls out to ride their bikes! :D

So pleased that you seem to be on the up and up. Good for you!! Im sure the kiRAB are loving having some time with you outside......cant wait for better weather here. Typical British drizzle. Yuk!!
Keep it going mate.
Here if u need
CC

Thanks for the encouragement. I think that your British weather is quite comparable to the Pacific Northwest (Seattle) weather that we normally have. However, we've been getting a break finally from the rain and snow.

Magpie,
