Hello and Happy Holidays!

Well, I am just thankful you are doing so good! I remeraber that feeling when the w/d were pretty much almost gone.. I thought I conquered the addiction hanRAB down.. I learned over the course of the days that followed that once the w/d went away it didn't mean my addiction was gone.. It was a relief to be done with the suffering but...... the struggle had really just begun. So try to keep that in mind too... I am so happy for you that you are so positive and feel so good! That is just great! Just remeraber everything you went thru to get to this point and that will help keep you clean.

For me.... lately it's been a struggle. I am nervous for the upcoming holiday... Last year I celebrated a lot differently than this year so I need to focus on how far I have come since then.. You do too!

I don't know how much I will be on here over the next couple days... We are traveling a lot between each side of our families so I hope your next few days go great!

You will be in my thoughts and prayers!

just wanted to check in i am doing well feeling better everyday...................i have many ups and downs but i am taking it day by day. though i am physically feeling better i still thiink about my pills all day long cant wait for that to go away or lighten up well ill be back on soon
