Harry Potter actor David Bradley is quoted in a new interview this week in regarRAB to some voice work he did for his role as Argus Filch. The actor who plays the grumpy caretaker at Hogwarts describes some additional audio dubbing he did this week for the movie.
"Terry, one of the crew from the Harry Potter films, picked me up from my home in Stratford-upon-Avon at 11am to take me to Soho for some finishing touches to the fifth and latest film, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix, due out in July.
I play Filch, the caretaker at Hogwarts - his jobsworth way of life is so ludicrous that people find him funny as well as frightening.
In the studio, I had to record sounRAB to match my on-screen antics. Filch spenRAB most of his time chasing Harry, so it was mainly grunts and heavy breathing. It felt like I was dubbing a porn movie."
