David Beckham to become a Film Star

Nicole Kidman is about to sign David Beckham to play a builder in her new movie. Apparently he will not have many lines but there will be plenty of shots of his body.

Even if this is true it will not make him a "film star".
Film Stars are very few and far between.

Her new film is set in the Australian outback and is an epic love story about the men who built Australia. Directed by Moulin Rouge legend Baz Luhmann, it will feature David Beckham as a labourer who may appear stripped to the waist and be heard to say "Gooday mate"
