dateman free?

Does anyone know of an application like Mobimate's dateman or whatever it's called but for free. I need it to be a database of birthdates and what not that will be alarmed to remind me.

I have used Happy Days for almost three years now. It works perfectly. Best of all it is free. It does take a little getting used to the way to enter the birthdate/Anniv/Event, but once in you can look up by name or by date sequence, and it automatically adds them to the calendar. I cant seem to find the web site, but I can easily email you a copy of the program if you are interested and can give you a few hints to save time on entering the data the first time. That way you don?t have to make all the mistakes I did.

Another option on the T3 is to use the Contacts app. There is actually a birthday field. You can set up notification options and add icons.

Does anybody know of any differences between the Contacts app and Happy Days?
