Just got back from seeing Date Movie, very funny, go see it.

I've also seen it. I gave it the benefit of the doubt because of Alyson Hannigan. Well I have to say, what a load of unfunny, bottom-rung junk and one of the worst movies I ever did see. Yeah it's a parody, it's not a thinking movie, so just switch off and enjoy it right? Well that wouldn't be so hard if it actually was funny in some shape or form. Most of the scenes are mere references to it's original source and I have to say, the comedies it parodies are much funnier. Honestly, don't waste money on this you're better off watching Meet the Parents or whatever else you have in your collection that is parodied here.

And i liked it and thought it funny though to the last 15 minutes i was starting to find it a bit tedious as they over did the fokker stuff

Overlong and not funny enough - hard work to watch - eventhough the reviews were bad I expected more!!

I saw it yesterday and thought it was funny.
It does involve lotr and kill bill but it works and is very funny!!!!

This looks like a contender for the worst 5 movies of the year. Tired format, with the same played out jokes. I'll be given this a wideberth. I'll go and see Capote, The Matador or Syrianna instead.

The Meet the Parents parody is the most sick piece of cinema I've seen in a long time, utterly vile.

Terrible film, one of the worst so-called comedies I've ever seen.
