Data Services down this morning

Hi All-

just wondering if anyone else in the greater boston area this morning lost their data connection? i was in my usual saturday/sunday location, where i typically get 4-5 bars of EDGE/GPRS signal. this morning i had "edge" from 8a-3p. Browser (blackberry browser AND opera) would not connect, nor would Instant Messenger. i called CS, and the woman was unable to tell me anything about why i was having this problem, and ended our conversation by saying i needed to wipe and fully restore the device... something i was not going to do then and there.

I re-sent service books, re-activated the Host Routing Table network stuff, and nothing happened. I got the registration to network text, and the CS rep was able to remove and reconnect my number to the network. it did nothing.

at three this afternoon, i got e-mails confirming all of my e-mail accounts were back on the network, and many many emails came pouring in...

She couldn't pinpoint this. Anyone else have the problem?

I guess im just trying to find out if it was the phone itself.

Early this morning in south Texas I had email issues. A few hours later I got like fifty emails at one time. I never got around to callin about it though.~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~
 
~via BB (wap.rabroad.com)~i also had issues earlier today when I got to work I checked outages but nothing came up checked around with co-workers same thing I think it was the network but they couldn't pinpoint exactly what I know sidekicks have been down for 4 days now I know unrelated but it took 2 days for it to be a known issue on anything like that I wait for a while to make sure I have to be without internet for days before I wipe the device
 
im in jersey using tmo and unable to get emails.. everything else works great.. i noticed that my last email (via gmail) was received @ 1139am on Friday!!.. I removed and re-added the account, sent service books twice and removed battery and still nothing is coming in... I can send mail without a problem, its jus not downloading.. any ideas?

Try logging into your bis account, and make sure you have the right phone selected... Pin, imei number...ect..
 
But, not down here in Tacoma I've been down most of the day...EDGE has been repalced with GSM. Customer Care has been lttle help....they said a "clean wipe" of my Curve should remedy my problem.
I'd feel a lot better if I knew the network was down....instead of my 2-week old Curve!
