data service password on a 2008 T-mobile sidekick slide?

If you go to the menu screen from the main page on the sidekick slide you need to sign in to use data service. When I click sign in it has my user name filled in there and it asks for my pass word. I have forgotten this password and can't figure out how to find it. Please tell me how to find that password.
 
All you can do is contact customer service and they will ask you all the bells and whistles, once the security questions are answered; they will give you your info.
