Data recovering Blackberry Torch?

My son messed with my BB Torch and the screen was showing 42% wiped. I quickly pulled the battery out and now all email set-up gone, messages (email and text) gone, ALL sim contacts wiped off. Media still seems to be ok. Is there anyway I can recover all the data similar to restore points of PC's?? Unfortunately I dont have a Blackberry backup on my pc due to PC trouble a couple of months ago
