Here's some quick points for whoever can answer my question first.
I want to buy a new unlocked phone (BB Torch, BB Pearl 3G, Samsung Flight, Pantech Impact) probably from AT&T but I really dont want to pay the $30 data plan fees assosciated with the smart phones. I currently have what is a non-smart phone data plan ($10) on my Samsung Highlight but hate that it is pure touch screen.
The question is for those who have done this, or know about this, Which data plan price will i have to buy to keep my internet access and email access? Basically will T-Mobile let me still be able to check my email and use the internet browser with the $10 Plan or will i have to upgrade to the $30 plan regardless if I cannot use the 3G/4G network (which an unlocked phone cannot use because of frequency differences)?
