Data No Worky!

Any T-Mobile cats have edge running for the last 5 hours? It can't be a RIM-wide outtage b/c my buddie's AT&T Curve is running fine, but I've been running edge for a long time now. Anyone else on T-Mo experiencing this?

I had EDGE running just a few minutes ago. As soon as I read your post and took a look at my phone, I'm on GSM.

GRRRRRRRR edge not working...mines been working fine lately..until now

logged on today for the sole purpose of posting this very question. Not only do I not have EDGE I randomly go from egde to GSM and then to no signal at all and then searching for network the back to edge. Even on edge(not EDGE) I cannot get my browser to work the past few days which has never been a problem before. Also can't get send or receive MMS over the same time period.

A battery pull cured my problem, which is what I should've done before posting the thread... only reason why I didn't is b/c it read EGDE and like 10 minutes later it read edge and was stuck on edge for hours.

But a battery pull worked for me... try it. Let us know if it doesn't work.

don't forget if it is an outage it may not affect everyone, i've had a few customers come in with issues with edge

I had this problem for 36 hours last week until it was discovered that my SIM card had gave out but I got a new one Wednesday.
