hey guys i recently got a DRS-11 serial data cable for my z500a...i would like some info on how to use it so i can put games, ringtones, themes, and wallpaper on my phone...please and thanxs

If you've installed the drivers it should come up with your mobile phone as a single drive and with the folders you can drag files to.
I'm not sure what software you have though.

First, I didn't get a CD with my SERIAL cable. Second I downlaoded the FileManager, Image, Sound, and Sync program from the Sony Ericsson site. The sounds and images work, therefore my cable works, but the FileManager and the "My Phones" folder do not work. Therefore, I cannot get my videos and pictures from my z500a.

Did you perform the following in this sequence?
1. Download and install your synch drivers first.
2. Plug your phone in.
3. The "Found New Hardware" should then pop-up.
4. The "Install Wizard" should then have taken over.
