Alright so this is a very odd problem. I have a 97 dodge neon that my uncle rebuilt for me about 2 years ago and it has this problem where everything on the dashboard goes out or just does not come on at all. That's the speedometer, odometer and the fuel gauge. The weird thing is that this only happens when its warm outside. If its lets say 40 degrees or below everything works fine. Now it might just be all in my head but I think when the dashboard is not working the car does not run as well, but that just may be all in my head. Any Clues?
