DARK KNIGHT ENDING DISCUSSION. *SPOILERS

I agree with you actually, though I thought his face looked pretty cool in a comic sort of way. I would have had him getting out of his bed, ripping his bandages off and walking out the door, having someone attempt to stop him and then have him flip his coin *cue credits while coin in air*

Could have been a nice lead in to the next movie, while allowing the director to switch between the batman/joker scene and the hospital. The only problem being that joker couldn't blow it up?

He thought he was going to save Rachel, he said he was going to save her. The Joker gave him the wrong addresses. Batman was surprised when he saw it was Dent he was saving. Even still, how was he to know that Dent would turn evil? Up until that point, they were good buddies and Batman/Bruce Wayne pretty much trusted him. Batman acknowledged that the city needed Dent.

only way I see them topping it would end the franchise.

throw in two supervillians, say riddler and anyone else
wayne is exposed
has to fight the villains as well as the cops
no longer has access to refuge as bruce wayne.

it was kind of done in the cartoon and ended up being mad hatter's nightmare machine or something. but it was

I'm still boggling at this movie. fuck.

the line that got me was "I feel like we could go on like this forever" that shit SUCKS.

anakin in star wars was pretty bad, but Dent just got pushed to the limits. Like the kid that snaps and kills half of the school cause he was bullied too hard or smthn.

She is very important to the story, but her actual acting role wasn't HUGE...Probably a good thing, she was the weakest actor of the bunch IMO.

katie holmes has a whiney voice. Maggie did a much better job. If katie holmes had been rachel in this movie people would have clapped when she blew the fuck up.
